TeleProbe just posted a revised estimate and I did not see it before I uploaded my previous post. Despite a lower value, the general conclusions remain the same.

i.e. it does not matter how you would slice it, the value of Magpie is huge.

Depending on your conservatism you may chose 5%, 1%, 0.5% or 0.1% attenuation factor. Your call.
