Market Capitalization is $ 27.5M i/o and $ 33.1M fully diluted.

Cash: $ 5.8M end of October 2011 + $ 6.6M December 2011 PP = $ 12.4M

Minus burn rate: $ 5M in 6 months = $ 800k/month = $ 4M for Oct. 11 - Mar 12)

= Cash $ 8.4M end of March 12

So, if we sell all our CHM und RGX shares plus our cash, that would leave FNC with $ 45M in the kitty.

Even on a fully diluted basis, we would be undervalued by nearly 25%, not taking any other properties into consideration.
