"Is the CEO not responsible for getting the market to understand the value of Fancamp's assets?"-Mtl gold
Yes. He is.
.30c is a deplorable, shameful, embarassing, enraging, patient-trying disconnect from Fancamp asset value. Peter Smith is ultimately responsible. Is it due to lack of promotion, is it the moneys involved with the company who keep it that way, is it lingering doubts of key assets?
What steps should he take to get the SP up there? These are the first on the list of items that a CEO should do to get the Marketcap higher. I believe we'll see the first fruits of his labor next week.
1- Magpie 43-101, prospectus, etc... (imminently forthcoming)
2- serious money to buy into the Magpie IPO (forthcoming).
3- Have key figures with followings because of past success and who can secure serious money to run our properties (Quesnel at Fermont, Nemis at McFaulds).
4- Have a vicinity play next to the properties with key figures (LacLamalee).
5- drill blue sky grassroots properties to give retail a hope of quick multiples (Desolation Lake & Easterntownships).
Now one can write a list of steps Smith hasn't taken to get the SP up there. The chief complaint is usually regarding the time he took to get to these first steps. Agreed, but we must acknowledge the new climate that is FNC.
However, in this new Fancamp climate, this stock has so little volume and so little demand... there must be vital steps Peter Smith is not taking. Not addressing these steps may be causing a shadow over Fancamp assets where investors can not see them.
Can we assemble a constructive list with solutions and links for the steps he hasn't taken? With this list, pro-active investors can dedicate energy, contacts, phonecalls, and emails in assisting Smith with the items.
There is a gap in my knowledge about the influential moneys that keep it from growing. How do you get those influences moving in the direction of up? Perhaps neither Smith nor retail can do anything about it.
This stock should be above $1 before releasiong Magpie 43-101. My energy complaining about it not being close is on the wane. Complaining about it isn't getting it moving and more likely scares off new inquisitive retailers.
