Mineral Fields, Pathway Asset Management and Energy Fields, the Joe Dwek Investment conglomerate, were sold to Global Growths Assets Inc. in January 2012.

And I completely agree, fani, if this group will be part of any new PP for FNC, I´ll sell all my shares immediately, because there will be no chance of any SP appreciation due to continous dumping.
