Peter moves like molasses.. and when he does give an NR - is so dry and factual has no Pep to it.

Peter is the best - property picker - apart from that - he can't move it to next level.

Look - at Fermont - Argex - both FNC properties - both successful with other people managing it.... what else do you need to know.

and ROF - now i hear rumours that Nemis and Harvey are sniffing around to do what Peter can't do by himself.

Please fellow shareholders... make noise and tell Peter that all the advisor committees and other lip service don't cut it.... we need professional help.

go find out where the 43-101 is ? the person hired is busy elsewhere. and so it goes with peter ad nauseum.

don't expect the stock to go higher with MF - overhanging the market... any buying will be met with lots of selling for no reason other than - they can get the stock back on a cheap flow thru.

UNLESS - we piss them off and get money elsewhere... but what's the alternative.????
