I don´t care, rago ! The IPO business could have been done ages ago.

I´m invested in a company that announced a spin-off, got shareholder approval and did it within 2 months.

Don´t get fooled. There are procedures you have to go through, but it´s not that difficult and time consuming.

In an ideal world, yes, I would agree. But reality kicks in and I have to realize that we don´t even get the value from our 17,5% of Fermont properties.
