I believe there are Cdn. regulations restricting the export of raw ores in this quantity.Cliff faces the same issue with their intent to export 2 million tonnes per annum of McFaulds raw chromite. It must be upgraded or processed in Canada.Does crushing and/or concentrating the ore qualify as processing to get around these regs?I read recently that China is getting out of the smelting business somewhat due to energy constraints and air quality issues.I can't foresee the day when Magpie is torn down and put on ships for faraway lands without first having been separated into it's constituent minerals. This is a process that RGX claims is quite doable without the use of excessive amounts of electricity. This issue may be the hurdle that stands in the way of our progress here.JMO.
