To be precise, we have 121 M shares on a fully diluted basis after closing of the last PP. Still means that our 17.5% of CHM value equal our current share price. Everything else is the icing on the cake. In fact, Magpie could be a whole new cake, being much bigger than CHM now. FANTOMAS
