Liberty Metals & Mining Holdings, LLC (LMM) has entered into a subscription agreement with Alderon Iron Ore Corp. (ADV)......14,981,273 common shares @ C$2.67/share for approximately $ 40,000,000 .......(that's more than I make in a year.)
