that last financing was highly suspect. There better not have been any backdoor deals made and i sure as heck hope Peter didn't throw us under the bus. This could easily be a facade to make it look like a fight when really agreements were already made and in place before.

Like people know here, my trust factor in mgt and Peter is ZERO. Funny how they waited for the whole Magpie spinoff before taking action. Was that a condition for Peter to move on to this Co. before relinquishing control? Or is he going to stay on in Management with FNC? Definitely don't trust Sheridan either! So lose lose in my opinion on this news, if true. Only hope we can get a higher bid from Champion or Arcer. If Larson ran this company, we would be to the moon by now.

Interesting times ahead...just be sure to read between the lines folks. All imo. We will find out what Peter is all about very shortly. Why did he do a financing if he knew there was a threat to a proxy fight. That doesn't add up!!
