CHM would like to exchange FNC's 17% for CHM shares However the fact is that FNC is in no risk at this point because CHM does not have the bnig bucks that are necessary to move the project along and will not diluyte at this price Smith and Larson have a good personal relationship and are working together to get an off take sitiyation which would benefit both CHM and FNC.
