These are not FNC's shares. Luxor is another owner of RGX shares. Luxor is a large hedge fund. Up until this spring, I think they controlled around 17% of RGX shares, but due to share issuances by RGX and sales of RGX shares by Luxor, their RGX holdings were reduced to 14% or so by June. Now they have reduced their position even further.
