It's a lot cheaper to buy on the market at 27 cents. The PP was 32 cents and 41.5 cents flow through.

Anyone buying the PP would have to have a lot of confidence that those half warrants at 50 cents will get in the money. As it stands now, those warrants aren't worth much of anything and they expire in 18 months.

If it's sold out, that's pretty impressive for FNC consideing where our SP is at.
