Welcome back Rago.

You said "I was told the website is out of sight": Does this mean the company will leave the sub-standard website twisted in the wind?

Thirteen days ago the new improved website (they have been working on this for months) was supposed to come out "next week". I contacted Dr. Smith on this topic and he said something like he "noted the comments". Not sure what that means.
