Here is my spin. Both FNC and even more so CHM have put out numerous releases of various sorts over the past while. None have done anything for SP and CHMs one significant run up fizzled and reversed the next day. So what if Peter is thinking I need money and I have great news and if I the way things are going if I follow news with pp the news will be lost, so maybe better to take the pp noise first and then follow up with the big news. Worst case same as before, but I tried to shake it up. Besides officially he is not supposed to share the news with those taking part in the pp.
