There are many factors that determine how far past an anomaly you have to go in order to get a clean reading. In general the deeper the anomaly the further past you need to go. For IP a rough guide would be a metre past for every metre of depth to the anomoly. So a deep anomaly near the FNC property line would result in NOT laying a grid for quite a distance onto the FNC property. As to whether or not there is an anomaly that crosses onto FNC we will have to wait to see. Part of allowing a neighbor to come on your property to survey their boundary area is that they usually show you the results of that boundary area on both sides of the property line.
Hopefully there is something there.
