Rago,

Perhaps not, if you think that Dr. Smith could handle both jobs, CEO and President, at the same time. In my opinion, Dr. Smith should hang on to the President post to run the day-to-day drilling operation, since he's been good at it. But, steering the boat should be handled by a CEO: strategic planning, inclucling packing the company in small entities for potential sales of the separate parts, and promotion of the company.

At the very least, Dr. Smith should delegate the promotion bit to another person (or 1/2 a person) and give that person full authority to do his/her job , with the first priority to sort out the website mess. FNC does not need a outside PR company for this.

This sounds a bit harsh but the website is way substandard compared to others (so difficult to nagivate to find useful information), just take a look at CHM as a good example. The dawdling has been long enough, it's time to bite the bullet.

Perhaps, the website has been left to twist in the wind for some reason. And I would hate to bring in a similar situation with UC which had/still has a poor website and cryptic information on their NRs on their drill hole on the West side of McFauld's Lake. Shareholders have been complaining and there were promises to upgrade the website but it nothing has been done...Guess what, we just heard a few days ago that the CEO Gary decided to scrap UC operation at RoF (selling to CLF for a song) in order to conserve their treasury for focusing on Mexico. Good reason for not spending any effort on their website?

Just my musings before Sunday brunch.
