wax, they can certainly split the CEO/President into two jobs. Dr. Smith retains the Presidency to run the day to day (drilling) operation, since he seems to be good at it. But we need a set of extra hands who can steer the ship, setting strategic direction, promoting the company (and get some good help in-house, since the current outside PR firm did not seem to do an effective job).

Lastly, get a decent website up with up-to-date information and user-friendly navigational scheme for potential investors to find information. Just look at the CHM website for some ideas. The current website is just pathetic.
