Folks, i have railed against Peter for awhile but i believe things are converging and we will have a major breakout in short order. A number of catalysts at play that will hopefully start to ignite this sp.

Still not impressed with the road Peter has taken and i'm sure he has made agreements with institutions (accounting for 17% - maybe higher) prohibiting them from agreeing to any take out offers below a certain level. I may be completely wrong but i do not understand why a company would not move in and pounce on this play with its assets and cheap sp. It just begs the questions that something had to have been arranged in order to keep Peter in power?? We know he does not want to sell the company and cash out, which concerns me if he is turning down great offers. He must know he has backing somewhere, i suspect Sheridan which is why he is not really concerned about a hostile threat. Just can't figure this one out. Any insight on this is much appreciated.
