Just a reminder that anyone that owns more than 9.9% of the company needs to publicly declare their interest.

Im just spitballin here but I think if you had 10% you could get yourself (or somebody) on the BOD.

As I've said in the past, I am not fully educated on the ongoings of FNC but I do find it to be an interesting case study. If I had lots of money and the time to have some fun I think there is an incredible opportunity here. Who is willing to shake things up? So far nobody.

I'd love to see an announcement that Cliffs, Champion, Argex or somebody declares they own 10% of FNC as it would validate their valubale claims.

My opinion is that the betting person here is looking for a takeover at these levels. When it happens it happens but I along with many am amazed it hasn't happened a long time ago.
