Message: Misinformation

Thanks TP, and for the PM.

Ya, I really don't know the full details of FNC and the extensive lists of properties and JV's they are running with these days. I'm highly likely to dole out misinformation on these hubs, but truly if you want to look at things that way, I say over 80% of information posted on stock hubs is misinformation....like seriously. I think that's generally understood.

It was probably a poor analogy to use because I think the main point I was trying to make was that management really seems to be ok with resting on their laurels of their claims - and let everyone else do the heavy lifting.

I don't know much of anything about Peter Smith et al, other than what I have heard through the grapevine. My impression is that while he may be a savvy geologist and his experience has helped get some incredible property, he is on a different planet when it comes to running his company. No cell phone, no internet, no chance of succeeding in the 21st century kind of thing.

The problem with helping yourself to mega spoonfuls of FNC at bargain basement prices is that you'd best be prepared to back up the tanker so you can actually get yourself on the BOD. Your shares are going to trapped into a company that is having a really hard time creating value of something that is extremely valuable.

It's a really competitive market for shareholder dollars and I don't see as FNC as a place I can invest my money with any definitive timelines. Without this hub, I wouldn't know anything about FNC...

This is probably another load of misinformation but that's where I'm at with FNC. The SP is now bananas low, but I still have no clue what FNC's modus operandi is and as much as I love their property, I'd rather spend my money and energy somewhere else.

I don't want to wait for the take-over...y'know.?
