I believe CHM has FNC 17.5% in its cross hairs Their new hires suggest that they want to develop and not sell The best case scenerio for FNC is to find an end user which will lend FNC money to develop the the ore body and will be paid back by the offset. I suspect there are both Chinese and Indian firms interested.
