good quesiton -

a) one way is if MF and Pat Sheridan teamed together and tossed him out - not likely - but for a price MF may just do it ... heh! cash is king

b) hostile bid that causes people to think and look at assets - if bid succeeds - peter is out! if it does not then somebody has made a case that we were lowballed.

will all fnc shareholders lose out - yup - but better than 20 cents and falling. And to turn this around - will take a long time... and frankly if there is a way for Peter to screw it up - he will!

rago - do you think if peter left and never came back that the assets in fnc could not be exploited by somebody else and better unlock the potential? could we do worse? don't think so.
