Not sure where the value is from this observation, assuming it is correct. There is general acceptance of the fact that Eagle1 was offset from somewhere, but if it was from the C-1 position, that would mean that it is gone from there and was replaced with some other material. Why chase that replacement material?

Also, if Eagle1 was offset, it would follow that the area around immediately around would also have been replaced, so why look there?
