I have waited so long now for a materially significant news release that I no longer really care whether Smith releases over the next week or two. In my mind he might as well just wait until after Labour Day, and then release a flurry of NRs....of course in the interim, it puts us at an even greater risk of a low-ball takeover offer, but if someone was interested wouldn't they have made a move already?
