Well I support Fani a 100%. I've only spoken to Peter twice in the past and it was very cordial and i've always given this guy the benefit of the doubt... up to about a year ago. Now i have reached the point where i see him doing great harm to the company and i'm worried we will be be ballooning to huge outstanding shares numbers to fiance this company. I just don't know where the corporate strategy is, he can't manage to get up a decent website, etc. RGX and CHM are and will succeed because they are singulary focused on great properties that Peter also had at one time. He can not execute or formulate a decent plan. We've seen this time and time again. I also have a strong feeling he or this co. have been black listed by Inst. funds.

i've been trying to reach Peter to express my sentiments to him. I think those who feel strongly such as Fani and myself, also need to voice their concerns directly to him. I will be sure to talk about a succession plan that the Board should have in place and what is Fancamp's best interest. I think relying on fact and leaving emotion out of this is the only way to appeal to him. At some point, maybe there will be enough retail to oust him, but i doubt it especially given the recent dilution.
