I dont think the company anticipates any need for new financing before end of 2012 except for Magpie which is not dilutive

You also need to keep in mind that we are in a bear market for these companies across the board I think the prospect for FNC is better than most given what the company has Fermont Lac Lamalee, Beuce, McFaulds, Desolation Lake

I think the risk is a hostile offer around $1/share
