News Release Incitation

Resource projects cover more than 1,713 km2 in three provinces at various stages, including the following: hematite magnetite iron formations, titaniferous magnetite & hematite, nickel/copper/PGM, chromite, Volcanogenic Massive and gold.
Peter, as I’m sure you are reading the responses, these are my reactions which I hope you take as suggestions -as I believe, as you believe, that no matter what is written, the discovered ore, buyout, or IPO will take this company to the moon. Until then, a NR with provocative quotes could give the SP a boost.
My News Release Incitation:
“VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA --Fancamp Exploration Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:FNC)("the Company") wishes to announce that drilling will begin on The Magpie Mines Inc. titaniferous magnetite deposit on about July 7, 2011.”
This news is fairly close to when Smith originally said he’d get things rolling.A few weeks off, but fairly close considering closing the 2nd tranche didn’t come as readily as he hoped.Titaniferous Magnetite still confuses some investors.Argex has brought to the public mind the question of complications of this ore.It seems you’re team has a handle on this, due to the 1st pre IPO tranche success. But some more words on this subject will no doubt clarify –especially the process which makes it feasible.
“Two drills are being mobilized into the property this week and the crews accommodated in Magpie's newly constructed camp next to the airstrip. The programme will consist solely of drilling and sampling approximately 6,000 metres in 25 holes which will cover the 1.6 kilometre strike length of Deposit no. 2. The holes will be drilled on approximately ten of the original 500 foot spaced Stratmat sections constructed in 1961 following mapping and structural interpretations and on which the historic resource was calculated.
Very good, I’m pleased to have a little detail. From here we can estimate on our own the depths. The fact that two drills are working, not just one, indicates a seriousness to get this done rapidly and get those assays back. I’m pleased.
“The objective of the programme is to enlarge the published NI 43-101 resource estimate as disclosed in the press release dated July17, 2009 (available on the Fancamp Exploration Ltd. website), in preparation for Magpie's IPO scheduled for year end 2011.
Also good, it’s always good to state an objective and super-objective, which is a Magpie IPO at the end of the year. So why the end of the year, why not now? He tells us the answer.
“Concurrent with this activity will be ongoing metallurgical testing on already available samples together with new sample material arising from the programme.”
OK, I’ll read into it a little. The IPO is dependent on metallurgical results, which are dependent on new data from this announced drill program.Very good. Thank you for the info.
So wrap this up for me, Peter. Button it up with the punch line: tell me what your hopes will be as a result of the program. Will it increase the valuation of the Magpie estimated NPV or the overall value of the IPO, resulting in increased share value. How much? Why was this data necessary? What prompted the necessity to drill. I assume after talking with Fouade and some other experts, you came to the conclusion that to maximize value infill was necessary to reduce the estimation. We all assume this, but it would be wonderful to state your overall intention:
“I intend to maximize IPO value so it will better benefit FNC shareholders when we take the FNC’s part of the IPO to direct shareholder ownership.”
This would be the kind of handholding quote many shareholders would value. Many assume this is your intent, but as you know I’ve always repeated: “Shareholders need quotations.”
So reading on:
In addition, the Company wishes to announce that plans are underway for a 3,000 metre drill programme on its 100% owned Lac Lamelee iron property in the Fermont district of Quebec scheduled to begin before the end of July, and directed at adding value to this previously undrilled property.
What’s the rush to end the NR? There are many opportunities to generate excitement here which are being wasted in a short sentence.
1) Why the end of July, aren’t conditions good right now to drill? If not please let us know this. Otherwise, if conditions are good, then why the delay? No doubt you have your reasons, but let us know.
2) How many holes?
3) how big is the target? How about some quotations like:
“We withheld this property from the deal with Champion because we felt it’s ore signatures were larger then FireLake North’s, which currently has X million tons of iron ore, which Champion estimates at a X billion NPV.”
4) How about the super-picture -that you intent to IPO this property, to make negotiating during consolidation less complicated.
In the mean time, the decrease SP allowed me to accumulate more. Fancamp is very vulneable right now. The closer Champion gets to 5 billion tons iron, the more ripe FNC is for a takeover to get our 17.5%. Protect our individual shareholder's value with increasing the SP, IPO's, and shareswaps with CHM. Let's move fast this summer, which will be filled with negotiations and assays. Don’t forget the punches in future news releases that generate buzz and excitement.
