Chromite: protection of resources is an issue and that´s the only reason why there is a tight market. There is abundant Chromite as a resource available.

Why hasn´t Cliffs bought PRB´s chromite then ? If they fear competition they should have acted by now, shouldn´t they ? Especially when PRB´s resource is in the middle of their projected pit !

I was NOT arguing that we have to wait for a resource from FNC but that you can´t compare two holes with NI 43-101 resources. You might compare grades and ore quality, but SG was asking for tonnage comparisons (<<<estimated volume of chromite our various neighbors have>>>).

All fine, waxweazle, but my point is that nothing (significant) has happened over the last years. While FWR and SPQ have established Chromite resources and got bought out subsequently, we have seen "limited" progress from FNC with the RoF claims.

For how long do we own the Beauce claims ?

For how long do we own Fermont, Magpie, Lamelee ? (could we not have gotten the information on iron ore metallurgy already ?)

What happened with Desolation Lake in the past years ?

That´s my point. All we know is Mr. Smith´s "track record".

And I too have noticed the personel changes and subsequent action, but until I see results, it´s all not convincing enough to me. And as lethalgal stated, we have lost market´s confidence over time which is difficult to gain back. You need really convincing "arguments" for that.
