Fancamp Exploration Ltd. holds 54,921,962 common shares (46.7%) of the 117,610,352 issued and outstanding shares of The Magpie Mines Inc.

Excellent!! FNC's ownership came down only 2% (from 48.7% to 46.7%) after raising $3,234,499.60. If the company alluded to one of the largest and development companies in the world behind the scenes for the second tranche, it would have been really nice...
