One Ugly Looking Chart

I know it is more difficult to use TA with accuracy with small cap Venture stocks, but the FNC chart is one ugly mother.

Nothing in any of the indicators saying "Buy Me", and never a good sign when the 200 day crosses the 50 day. Looks oversold though.
