You bring up a very interesting point there, Luker. The only problem is that the technology does not belong to Argex. Not yet, anyway. It CTL's proprietary tech. and all RGX has done so far is sign an LOI to purchase a 50.1% interest in CTL in order to control that technology. It's a process that takes a lot of lawyers and time and argex CEO told me about a month ago that it was progressing well. Nothing has been announced as of now, though. As it currently stands, RGX will be the one paying CTL to license this technology unless this deal goes through so we would have to wait and see what happens there first.
