Has there been a material change in the terms of the financing? I don't recall a reference to the shares being "flow-thru" shares in the original financing news release?

Its no wonder we are trading in the .50's if these are now designated as "flow-thru" shares. Just ask NOT investors what happened to their share price on the announcemnet of a $1.25 "flow thru" placement.
