I'm not at all a fan of conspiracy theories. But I noticed sometimes that before a take-over bid, there happen a few things, like SP downwards pressure, sudden unexpected PP (esp. non FT), extension of warrants, silence as regards to material news, etc... that give you a feeling that something may be cooking behind close doors. It may mean nothing most of the times. These converging events may be precursors or not of what is to come, we only see afterwards, but, when they start to show up, I tend to remain attentive...
