Here is another example.

Don't know exactly who was it. Remember the times PRB was traded around .60 -.70 CAD.

At thoses times an insider sold lots of shares an drove the share price down back to around .50 CAD. A couple of trading days later there was the next run up and probe made another 100 %.

As long as its not a bord member I wouldn't be worried about it.
