Fani, I too am having trouble understanding why they didn't just try and get this thing over a buck as opposed to this. Very strange. I figured someone put pressure on mgmt to let them get in for dirt cheap but that doesn't make sense if they had to get IAS and SCM to act as agents. What the hell is going on here?
