A different way to look at it is: Join the party! Get in this PP as fast as you can ! And hope that your free warrants are soon forced to be exercized! This kind of "non-flow-trough-no-bought-deal all-of-a-sudden-out-of-nowhere" financing that follows a just closed recent PP makes me think that somebody wants to rush more chips on the table after having a sneak view at the dealer's next card !

But it may just be money needed to finance the acquisition of The Magpie Mines Ltd shares from the Three Amigos...!
