The Magpie Mines Inc is a CBCA (federal) corporation dated December 21 2007. Up to now, Magpie was held by 3 individual shareholders, PETER H. SMITH, FOUAD KAMALEDDINE and ANTONIO M. DE QUADROS who are also the only listed Directors. Mr Smith is President, while Mr De Quadros act as Secretary. All three are also Directors of Fancamp Explorations Ltd.
The Sheridan Platinum Group Ltd is a privately held Corporation, the only listed shareholder being Mr JOHN PATRICK SHERIDAN (personally). The Sheridan Platinum Group Ltd is listed as the 3rd shareholder in weight, after CDS and CEDE (retail/public).

If I get it correct, we understand that the Magpie Deposits were not owned by Fancamp, but by the trio Smith-Kamaleddine-De Quadros (tru The Magpie Mines Inc).
Could we infer that the 'third parties' who will hold the remaining 2,6 % of The Magpie Mines Inc are precisely the trio Smith-Kamaleddine-De Quadros, after having sold 97,4 % to Fancamp and Sheridan? Unclear... We retail are like amateurs trying to figure out a Moon landing with binoculars!
