debra Chapman is in BC but not best source of info on drilling

why did FNC pick up new claims staked by CHM at Fermont... Simple answer...

when fnc/sheridan entered into jv with chm the agreement called for both parties to offer up any new claims staked in the fermont area.

Hence chm had to contracutally offer it to fnc..
