I agree a NR is long overdue.
I do realize that by asking for another week of patience to witness the winds of change is like telling someone who needs to use the men's room to relax. We've been patient for too long.
I think we all know that everything has aligned to make FNC money right now. Fermont, RGX, and Magpie are properties he can make controlled decisions with. I don't include McFaulds as the decision making is beyond his control. It either has nickel or it doesn't.
I'm sure Smith is aware that if he doesn't make the correct decisions to make shareholders money, then Fancamp will be taken out of his hands. I know he despises retail for even suggesting this as he started it. Fancamp is an internalized entity for him. I'm sure he feels FNC and Smith are one and the same. But first he made FNC public then he diluted it to large shareholders who want action. Whether you think management has changed or not, the winds of change are definitely here.
We all wish we better understood the inner-workings of the companies we're invested in. I do know CHM has offered twice for FNC's 17.5% and will again. That indicates some caring, as opposed to CHM people who couldn't care less. I think in the end, we'll both be taken out by the same company.
Enough bickering. You and I aren't selling our long positions. One could interpret the low volume as many aren't selling their long positions. But once could also interpret it as lack of interest.
Sorry, can't respond further, I'm back to work.
