Do you think that was just coincidence a insider sells into a prearranged buy when the second tranche of the financing isn't closed FNC is worth more based solely on what champion is doing so they sell some shares get into the financing with a low sp than they also get the warrants down the road knowing full well the sp will be much higher it works great for them. Champion will be taken out my guess for around 500 million, BaffinIsland is getting taken out for 432 million but capex is very high there!
