Resource projects cover more than 1,713 km2 in three provinces at various stages, including the following: hematite magnetite iron formations, titaniferous magnetite & hematite, nickel/copper/PGM, chromite, Volcanogenic Massive and gold.
interesting conversation yesterday
One investor I talked to asked why hasn't Fancamp been taken out yet, with it's shares dumped, just for the pure percentage profit. He said, that's why some of these swamp creatures do, the search for stock prices that are less then a properties obvious dump value. I know I'm not using standard Wall/bay street speak, but I don't know what that would be and I like the sound of "dump value".
Suppose someone wanted to do such a hideous act, completely dismissing all Peter's hard work in acquiring these properties. What is our dump value and what price should the dump sp be. On some properties like Lac Lamalee, we don't know the mid or high cost of selling it, but one could easily guess the dump sale to CHM or a Fermont neighbor. Try to be honest. If your objective was not to maximize property over time, but get everything gone in one month at a fire sale.
Lac Lamalee = dump sale?
CHM 17.5% = dump sale?
CHM shares that FNC holds = dump sale
CHM Fermont NSR = dump sale?
Magpie = dump sale?
Argex = dump sale?
Beauce gold properties = dump sale?
McFaulds = dump sale?
4 million in the bank
anything I forgot?

total dump sale = ? divided by FNC 60million OS = DUMP SP

this dump SP is the minimum our current SP should be in a Master Control scenario. And then you wonder what the hell Baystreet Connect is doing and how they are failing miserably. If you can't sell a minimum dump SP easily justified by numbers as opposed to hopeful insitu numbers, then hopes they have a different strategy and is not incompetent. Are they a startup company floundering without knowing how this game works? I'm not saying I know how to sell to investors, but I'm not being paid to either.
It also should scare Smith a little to realize how ripe we are for a pick off play.
