Amen - Another dilution via flow-through shares. Unbelievable, management (read Smith) has no focus. None. I cannot believe there has not been a shareholder revolt here. How has Smith created any shareholder value over the last 3 years? Zero value. Period.

But at one point, I think his supposed financing allies will take control and Smith will not know what hit him.

I, for one, can't wait.

So much potential wasted by incompetency.

The only asset accreting any value is CHM and only after a more competent team took the property from FNC for peanuts.
