Champion + Peter Smith, will he deliver dividends? He doesn't want FNC to be cash strapped. On the other hands, many have been loyal for a long time and would like much more then 50% profit distributed as dividends.

Can Mineralfields make sure he offers dividends?

If Champion estimated NPV at 1.637 bil on Nov 16.

They've almost doubled it since, so now perhaps NPV is 3 billion

By the time December arrives Larsen and Smith estimate 1.3billion tons.

Lowball their NPV to be 4.5billion.

I'm horrible with numbers. But beginning with a rough estimate of 4.5bil

Fancamp's 17.5 translates to:

(4500mil x .175) / 60mil OS shares = $13.12

By the end of December, Famcamp's NPV on Champion alone is $13.12 per share.

Once Champion and Fancamp hit 1billion tons of iron, the world takes notice and our SP will reflect it. This is before Champion explored the rest of the Fermont properties or before we've places a shovel on our 100% owned Lac Lamalee. Again, it begs the question, why are we flying Geophysics over Beauce related properties? Shouldn't we put a few holes at Fermont Lac Lamalee.

Does anyone believe the competitive Majors already with mines in the Fermont will be patient until Champion proves up the rest of the 15 properties before making a bid? I suspect, once CHM hits 1 billion, offers begin in January.

Obviously, NPV is as reality based as the fantastic Dr. Who series. However, even if CHM got us $5 per share. The question is how much will Mr. Smith distribute to shareholders in dividends?

I request Mineralfields discuss the dividend concern with Smith. I would like the full amount in dividends. Smith can utilize the 1.5 million shares FNC has in Champion plus NSrights as seed money to look for further grass root explorations. I don't think Fancamp should ever be cash poor again, on the other hand some of us have been with Smith for some time. It would be nice to get the full amount of dividend on Fancamp's first success.

When going though these numbers, I can see why Smith always felt McFaulds nickel was a distraction to iron. Champion is Fancamp's old iron-sides flagship. Not sure what Magpie is.
