In this very case, I really wonder what is the true agenda of JDM. One thing is sure, they strongly believe in this stock. And so do I.

I have myself said repeatedly, well before Spider was taken-over, that Neil Novak should have parked the non-RoF assets in a Debut Diamonds-like entity. Mac should also have done that with Freewest. But easier said than done. Assets and claims without money is of no value... Also, this kind of reorganization (and distribution of shares) can cost much in terms of legal, fiscal and securities paperworks. Frank Smeenk has promised more than once that DD would be distributed, but it is still in a box by the front door, waiting for a downpour of dollars from nowhere...

As always, despite anything, one inescapable factor remains: Chance! Only when the drill hits big that the shareholders get rich!
