I forgot this little tidbit after talking to Wes today.

You know how all conspiracy theorists suspect institutional motivations. Sometimes things are straight-forward.

I asked him if Noront was a production company or an exploration and sell company. He said he was hired on as a producer, to prove up Noront's ore in a span of 5 years and get it out of the ground. I asked him what the 60% institutional want? He said 10% a year. He said he's not withholding info and no one is happy where the SP is, but is confident it will go up.

Can someone tell me what that means? Instititutionals want 10%. How do they get it. Selling on 10% gain. If so, that floods supply, decreasing SP. Are they doing it now with NOT? Is there another way?
