Fancamp Closes Financing 


VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Nov. 15, 2010) - Fancamp 
Exploration Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:FNC): Fancamp Exploration Ltd., ("the 
Company") wishes to announce the closing of a non brokered private 
placement of $2,000,000 through the sale of 3,725,490 flow through shares 
("FT Shares") at $0.51 per FT Share and 219,780 non flow through shares 
("NFT Shares") at $0.455 per NFT Share.

The shares are subject to a four month hold period expiring on March 16, 
2011.
