Dear Fellow Shareholders.

The AGM is going to happen at the end of this month.

I have not received my proxy information as yet - but i am not expecting too many changes to the Board of Directors -

FOR ME THAT IS A HUGE PROBLEM AND I SOLICIT YOUR OPINIONS.

We all agree that the inventory of properties that Peter has managed to compile are second to none and have great potential. The Advisory Ctmee is a great step forward. And the Addition of Mr Granger is a huge positive.

However - The present Board is just Titular and does not meet and from where i stand i think we need "Meat" and Board people that mirror our great properties.

As well we need a VERY STRONG Financial Person to help Peter.

My Suggestion is that we shareholders vote to strenghten the board . We need to be more professional as opposed to a "one man show".

The market needs to see that we are getting serious to deal with our properties and the board will meet and run the business in an effective and effiicient manner.

Current Board -

Peter Smith - Remains.

Debra Chapman - Stays as an officer - Secretary - Steps down as board member.

Gilles Dubuc - Step down.

Michael Sayer - step down.

Foaud - step down - stay as officer in charge of projects - Magpie.

Granger - definitely stays and becomes Chairman of Board -

Need a STRONG financial candidate????

I would imagine that Granger / Smith et al can come up with somebody.

Time to give Peter Support and expertise.... this is the year we capitalize on Magpie/ ROF/Champion / Argex/ Titanium - Mignan/ Stoke / Desolation Lake / etc..

IF WE LEAVE THE INEFFECTIVELY WEAK BOARD IN PLACE THEN WE ARE DOOMED TO GO HAND TO MOUTH AND HAVE NO ASSURANCES THAT EVEN EXPLORATION SUCCESSES WILL GET OUR SHARE PRICE THORUGH THE ROOF.

need to organize a write in campaign and hopefully Mineral Fields and rest of us will get behind Peter and raise him and our stock price way UP.
