It's not that interesting to me because each financing FNC has completed in the past couple of years has contained a forced acceleration of warrants. Let's hope Peter is lining up his ducks to get us over 1$ to get these exercised, that would be interesting!

This first tranche of 1.7mil will take care of our 17.5% fermont interest. I'm sure by DEC 2010, our price will begin to reflect the value of that project.

I'm trying to arrange a meeting with Fouad. I'll keep you posted on any developments, especially with Magpie.
