Plus the 1.5% NSR off the top (.5% worth - 1.5M - if Chm wants to buyback 1% of the 3% owned by Sheridan and Fnc - price tag is 3M)

Plus the claims held by Fnc and Sheridan - Lamalee Claims that CHM has Right First Refusal - --- and mgmt thinks these claims have 600-800Million tons of Ore based on magnetics..
